Our technology
Our intelligent platform is flexible, feature rich and ultra-resilient with 99.999% uptime.
Apalo’s platform is powered and maintained across multiple data centre locations, hosted in the UK.
Within the racks are market leading HP servers and Pure storage selected and configured to avoid single points of failure to provide robust and distributed processing for the platforms. All servers are managed by VMware Enterprise in real time and the platform only uses privately allocated, virtualised resources to ensure the relevant processing. The platform works from a minimum of 4 distributed hosts by default in the active site, all specified and configured to work from the same data centre (or to traverse the data centres where required) to minimise latency and optimise performance.Our SBC (Session Border Controller) provides our Channel Partners, full traffic and call quality control, across the entire network through our all in one platform.
